Here's a picture of our French exchange student and her friends going shopping not long ago. I don't know if they are in Paris, Marseilles, or somewhere else.
They are right on trend!
Makes me want to go out and buy a giant purse!

Oh what fun I love purses and especially ones i can hold a lot of stuff in :) my kiddos are always handing me things :)

I actually gave into the trend (finally) and bought a giant purse last month. However, it really is impractical for me because I have two fast, little ones and I always need to have my hands free with a cross body bag and nothing too big that I lose everything in it. So, my lovely Steve Madden black Pyramid satchel has been relegated to the closet until I have an occasion to put it to it's perfect use for me---as a chic airplane carry-on!
I am tempted by the big purse, too, BUT - I know myself and I would soon have it full to the brim and killllling my poor neck and shoulders trying to carry the thing. My normal sized purse will have me aching in no time when I go shopping, so much so that I sometimes resort to the really outdated fanny pack!! It doesn't matter WHAT size purse I carry...it is always overflowing. Crazy!
