Good to see you Teri, and Hear you too. Thank you for keeping us updated on Scott's health. Tho' the everyday drive and treatment will be going on for a while I do pray that y'all's spirits will be strengthened in the Lord and Y'all find encouragement all along the way. You're awesome to share your fab buys and I do love those shoes and need help with my jeans as I am a shorty too. And that dress, ohmy! What a great idea. I loved hearing about your fun day.
I have been reading your blog for some time.
I lost my husband to cancer when our daughter was 14 (she's 32, now). We went through the radiation, but, unfortunately his situation was far advanced then and I'm sure you will have much better results.
I'm glad you are managing to do a few fun things for yourself. It makes you a lot happier positive - and that will help your Scott to stay positive, too.
You are in my prayers.

Bonjour Teri,
We will continue to keep Scott and you and your family in my prayers. I just know all will go well for you.
Your videos were great. I'm with you on the malls, and I remember Dillards all too well. Your grandaughter's dress was my favorite. She will be adorable. You'll be taking her to paris one day...

Great finds Teri...I LOVE the Paris dress...it reminds me of one Janie and Jack (children's store) had that I loved...I would love to find one in white and red, I really want to do a Madeline theme party for Lucy and that dress would be so cute! I cant wait to see the Bippity Boppity Boutique pics, I have always wanted to do that someday!

Teri,
I was so, so happy to hear from you. I do think you might have a new career on the Home Shopping Network. You make me want to go out and buy one of everything. I'm thinking that those 512 jeans might be great if you're 5" 1" or so, but might not work for this 5"8 gal! Got to head to Dillards and see if Jordan needs one of those Paris dresses--I'm always picking up things for her that are in French, and she recognizes the Eiffel Tower and calls it Paris. Start training them young, I say!

Hugs to you and best wishes to Scott....

So good to HEAR from you! Super fashion finds -- (cutest Paris dress!)

Thanks for keeping us posted on Scott. Praying for his upcoming treatment, traveling back and forth, and job responsibilities -- for strength and above all, the kind of peace that goes beyond ...

Hugs,
Diane

Hope the doctor is right in that there will be no side effects with the radiation. You both remain in our prayers.
Glad you mentioned the jeans - the only ones that I have found that were not cut so low that...well, I do not know how they keep them up -maybe that's why they are so tight...are Gloria Vanderbilt. They too are usually a reasonable price and are often on sale.
Love wedges and especially in espadrilles. With the exception of my tennis shoes, most of my shoes are wedges just because they are so comfortable. Maybe they offer just a little more support.
Your granddaughter should be delighted with her new dress, and I'm sure she will look precious in it. Sounds like a big Disney mania day coming up, and I wish her a very Happy Birthday!

Teri,
So great to put the name to a face -- and a voice! You and Scott will get through this, and then look back and marvel how you did it. I would like to send you something for your drive. Please email me your address again!
Love the jeans and the shoes. I used to be a Levis 501 girl. What a memory! I'll be checking out the 512s.
"And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds."

Love to you!
