A Favorite Spot

Scott and I are sitting here, and he has been telling me how I haven't done a Paris post in awhile... he's so right.

So together we decided I should blog about our favorite little restaurant in Montmarte on Rue Lepic. It only has about 10 tables, sits at the top of a steep hill, and we found it quite by accident
(as usual)
but we LOVE it.

Just a few shots... we are drooling...

Daytime

Snails...

Night shot

So if you're ever in Paris, give this spot a whirl... you won't be disappointed!

The service is great, the food excellent, and the ambiance...
to die for!

Happy Eating~

I love a good recommendation. The outside is totally charming! I love the colors. One night at dinner a table next to us, also tourists had a 3-4 year old boy with them and he ate the snails too. I felt like such a wimp! I can't bring myself to try them.

I'm glad my post entertained you. I think your husband is right, it was all part of a master plan to deter the women folk from going down there! :)

Oh, my. I think at time before you happened to comment on a blog entry of mine where you noticed that you and your hubby had also been to the same restaurant in Montmartre we had stopped at. Well this lovely restaurant of yours is recommended by Rick Steves and we searched for it but never found it. How funny that we almost ended up here too and now I know, if I should ever, Lord willing, have the opportunity I will find this little gem. Thanks. and thank you to your husband for more sweet remembrances of Paris.

Sounds like a detour to Montmarte is in order for out next trip there. I'm taking note of this. Wouldn't it be fun if we could meet up there for lunch one day?

When we went to Paris...about 6 years ago...I remember eating at a beautiful restaurant...and really enjoying the meal...they brought out each course slowly...dinner took us about 3 hours to eat {although it felt like minutes} times flies when your having fun!
